On June 11, a symbolic cornerstone was laid in Haabersti, Tallinn, for Everaus Kinnisvara\u2019s new contactless self-storage complex. <\/strong>The Haabersti facility is being developed in cooperation with AS Maru Ehitus and will open at the end of 2025. Upon completion, Everaus Kinnisvara will become the largest self-storage rental service provider in the Baltics.<\/p>\n

The four-storey building will introduce 342 contactless storage units ranging in size from 2 to 20 square metres, including drive-up garage boxes. The facility will be open 24\/7, and the entire rental process can be completed online within minutes\u2014without leaving your home or office, or even directly on-site via a smart device.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we entered the self-storage rental market in 2021, our goal was to move beyond the damp, dark cellar box image and offer a modern solution that reflects technological progress in the sector\u2014designed for those who lack storage space at home or at the office. Our storage units are warm, ventilated, accessible around the clock, and fully automated,\u201d commented Janar Muttik, CEO and founder of the company.<\/p>\n

Everaus Kinnisvara introduced the first contactless self-storage concept to the market four years ago in Peetri, where the company currently operates a complex of 335 units. The new facility in Haabersti is a natural step in expanding access to this well-functioning service. These storage units are ideal for seasonal recreational equipment (such as scooters, bicycles, motorcycles, skis, surfboards, golf gear), vehicle tires, summer and garden furniture, small household items, home and garden tools, storage boxes filled with \u201cjust in case\u201d items, (Christmas) decorations, small business inventory, and business supplies (like trade show or office equipment)\u2014everything you\u2019d typically keep in a storage room, garage, or shed.<\/p>\n

Everaus Kinnisvara is an ambitious developer of residential and commercial real estate. Starting in 2015 with single-family homes, the company has grown into one of Estonia\u2019s most diversified developers. Its portfolio includes apartment buildings, terraced houses, semi-detached homes, single-family houses, office buildings, warehouses, stock-office spaces, and self-storage facilities.
