Raek\u00fcla Arendus O\u00dc, a subsidiary of real estate developer Everaus Kinnisvara AS, has launced construction of the first stage of the Kindluse Kodu residential development in J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla, Rae Municipality. This initial phase will deliver 24 terraced house units and 12 semi-detached house units, scheduled for completion by the end of summer 2026.<\/p>\n
The Kindluse Kodu development as a whole spans 21 hectares and will feature a fully developed residential community with complete infrastructure and a total of 169 residential units: 12 semi-detached house units, 108 terraced house units, and 49 private plots. The total investment volume of the project is approximately EUR 45 million. Sales for the first phase of terraced and semi-detached houses commenced at the end of 2024.<\/p>\n
Construction of the development\u2019s infrastructure began in autumn 2024. Viaston Infra O\u00dc serves as the main contractor for the infrastructure works, while AS Elveso, the regional water utility, is responsible for installing water and sewage pipelines under the connection agreement.<\/p>\n
The construction of residential buildings will proceed in stages, with subsequent phases commencing upon the completion of the infrastructure. The main contractor for the first stage of residential construction is NOBE O\u00dc, based on a construction agreement signed in March 2025.<\/p>\n
