The company has signed a construction contract with Savekate O\u00dc, a member of the Rand &amp; Tuulberg Group. The first homes are scheduled for completion in spring 2027.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"878\">The Kangru Kodu development will comprise a complete residential community with 48 housing units, including terraced houses, detached homes and residential building plots. The infrastructure for the entire neighbourhood has already been completed. The total investment in the project is estimated at approximately \u20ac12.7 million. Within the first three months of the sales period, 50% of the homes in the first phase had already been sold.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"1366\">The greatest strength and distinguishing feature of Kangru Kodu is its mature natural woodland, offering an immediate advantage in terms of quality of life and a greener lifestyle. While many new residential developments are built in areas where the surrounding environment is still taking shape, Kangru Kodu stands out for its established forest setting. Located next to N\u00f5mme, the development offers a rare combination of peaceful natural surroundings and close proximity to the city.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"1366\">&#8220;Interest in Kangru Kodu has been exceptionally strong, and the fact that more than half of the homes in the first phase were sold within just a few months confirms that our vision is the right one.
