Everaus Kinnisvara and Scandium Kinnisvara are developing a modern residential area of 21
\nbuildings at Luige. The Luige Homes development will over the next two and a half years comprise
\n88 apartments with geothermal heating, most of them with two-storey terraced house type
\nhomes with private gardens. The beating heart of the area will be a community centre featuring a
\nchildcare, a gym, a yoga studio, and a community garden with a greenhouse.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018The Luige area in the outskirts of Tallinn is developing rapidly. The Luige Homes that are under
\nconstruction are well-suited for families who dream of a larger home, a private garden and a natural
\nliving environment. It is an architecturally attractive area, where each building has its own distinctive
\nlook, whilst the overall appearance is uniform, compatible and in harmony with the scenic
\nsurroundings,\u2019 believes Maido L\u00fciste<\/strong>, CEO of Scandium Kinnisvara.<\/p>\n

The new area in the heart of Luige, in the immediate vicinity of Tallinn, will comprise eighteen two-
\nstorey buildings, each with four terraced house type apartments with private balconies and gardens.
\nThere will be two additional apartment buildings in the area, a pedestrian promenade running
\nthrough the centre of the area, and a community centre. The latter will provide childcare and sports
\nfacilities and rooms for communal recreation.<\/p>\n

Janar Muttik, CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara:<\/strong> \u2018In addition to spacious floor plans, Luige Homes stand out
\nfor their energy efficiency, environmental sustainability and excellent interior finish. These energy
\nclass A buildings have energy-efficient geothermal heating; in addition, we will install solar panels on
\nthe roofs of all buildings.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018To ensure a good indoor climate, we use aluclad windows in the apartments. The fa\u00e7ades of the
\nbuildings are finished with eco-friendly and environmentally compatible wood panelling. In order to
\nencourage the transition to electric cars, we will include electric car charging readiness for each
\napartment. In selecting ceramic tiles, the interior designer has favoured the products of cutting-edge
\nfactories that value green energy and sustainable production methods,\u2019 Janar Muttik observes
\nregarding the green solutions used in Luige Homes.<\/p>\n

The first Luige Homes dwellings will be completed in autumn 2023. Apartments are already for sale.<\/p>\n

The architects of the block are Olavi Kukk and Janar Blehner from Apex Arhitektuurib\u00fcroo. The
\ninterior architect is Lilia Kristianson.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
