In \u00c4rip\u00e4ev\u2019s radio show Sustainable and Green<\/em> (J\u00e4tkusuutlik ja roheline), Muttik said that final prices are influenced by the pressure of wage growth, inflation and tax increases. \u2018When these factors are taken into consideration, it becomes obvious that the price level will not be the same next year,\u2019 he said. The sales of Everaus Kinnisvara suggest a slow recovery. Both the number of enquiries and the number of transactions have increased.<\/p>\n
