Everaus Kinnisvara has launched the development of the Kangru Kodu residential quarter in the popular village of the same name in Kiili municipality. The quarter\u2019s infrastructure is scheduled to be completed in spring 2025. The new development will provide homes for 47 families.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Everaus CEO Janar Muttik says that what makes Kangru Kodu so exclusive is its closeness to nature while still only being 4 km from Tallinn\u2019s city limits. \u201cThe spacious plots are unique for how green they are, and they\u2019re sure to interest young families who are setting up their first home,\u201d he said. \u201cThey\u2019ll also be of interest to those who have been dreaming of planning and building their own home for a long time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Buyers will get to choose between plots of different sizes, ranging from 1900 m\u00b2 to 3600 m\u00b2. \u201cKangru Kodu is ideal for anyone who values privacy and being on nature\u2019s doorstep,\u201d Muttik added. \u201cIt\u2019s characterised by the safe living environment it provides, the natural landscaping it boasts and the larger than average plots it offers. All of this makes it a unique and very exclusive development which is unlike any other in the area \u2013 most of which are springing up in fields.\u201d The residential quarter is located just a couple of kilometres from new drawcards in the area like the Luige Keskus shopping centre, Kurna Park and the nearby IKEA store.<\/p>\n

Kangru Kodu is located on the border of Luige and Kangru in Kiili municipality, just beyond Tallinn\u2019s city limits. Shops, kindergartens and both indoor and outdoor sports facilities can be found within a 5 km radius of the development.
