Everaus Kinnisvara started building the Kindluse Home residential quarter in J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla. Homes for 36 families will be built during the first stage of development. As part of the project, almost 170 energy-efficient, geothermally heated homes \u2013 terraced houses and semi-detached houses as well as private bungalows and houses \u2013 will be built on a 21-hectare site in Rae municipality. The development as a whole is valued at \u20ac45 million.<\/p>\n

\u201cConstruction of the infrastructure and the sale of the first stage houses of the development next to Kindluse School has started,\u201d said Janar Muttik, representative of Everaus Kinnisvara. \u201cThe first homes will be ready in the middle of 2026. The homes we\u2019ll establish in J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla have modern architecture and energy-efficient solutions. J\u00e4rvek\u00fcla is a highly valued place to live and suitable for anyone who appreciates a well-developed modern living environment close to the city, but without the noisiness of the city.\u201d<\/p>\n

The developer has signed contracts with the owners of utility lines and the infrastructure will be built by Viaston Infra. In the first stage of Kindluse Home, there will be six terraced houses with twenty-four apartments and six semi-detached houses with twelve flats. \u201cThe homes under construction are characterised by spacious solutions that create the feeling of a detached house \u2013 this is something not usually found in terraced houses and semi-detached houses,\u201d said Muttik. \u201cThe sizes of the homes range from 115\u2013165 square metres and interested buyers can choose between apartments with three and four bedrooms.\u201d<\/p>\n

As is typical of Everaus Kinnisvara, the Kindluse Home development does not have any interior finishing packages specified by the developer. \u201cFuture homeowners can create their own unique home by choosing from our wide range of interior design options,\u201d said Muttik. \u201cIn addition to ready-made solutions, we also offer undeveloped private house plots where people can build their own detached house. We\u2019ve already signed contracts for the sale of plots with 13 clients, which is a good indication of the popularity and potential of the region.\u201d<\/p>\n
