Everaus Kinnisvara has acquired a modern complex of commercial buildings on Lennuradari Road in Rae municipality which includes commercial and warehouse space as well as functional stock-office solutions.
In total, there will be 112 warehouse spaces within the facilities, ranging in size from 45-78 m2, of which three buildings with a total area of 2500 m2 have been completed to date. An additional 3400 m2 of rentable commercial space will be added to the complex this year.
