Everaus Kinnisvara launched the sale of the second stage of Luige Kodud residential quarter on the border of Tallinn. In addition to the terraced houses, two apartment buildings with two to four-room apartments will be completed in the second stage. The development features distinctive architecture, environmentally friendly geothermal heating and a car-free, fully landscaped promenade running through the quarter. The development, which will be completed in several stages, will create homes for almost 90 families, and the total cost of the development is €21 million.
According to Janar Muttik, CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara, the expectations of homebuyers regarding new developments are becoming increasingly high, and a complete and user-friendly living environment has become the standard. “Young people are now looking for more than just functional interiors, as a well thought-out and complete outdoor space around the home is also important to them,” says Muttik. “A landscaped promenade, lined with pergolas and seating areas and a bohemian pond area, runs through the Luige Homes quarter. The well-designed outdoor space provides great opportunities to interact with neighbours in a green and safe environment, and allows children to run around and play.”
Two three-storey apartment buildings with 16 apartments of two to four rooms and four terraced house-type apartment buildings with 16 apartments on two floors will be built in the second stage of the development. In the second stage of Luige Kodud, there are no customary interior finish packages specified by the developer. “We’ve made a selection of interior finishing materials available on the market, but within the scope of this selection, future homeowners are free to choose the most suitable interior finishing materials and combine them with each other,” adds Muttik.
Seven terraced house-type apartment buildings with 28 apartments were completed in the first stage of Luige Kodud. Most of them have found owners, but some homes are still available and ready to move into.
