Kaur Kaasikmäe, who has an extensive background in property development, joined Everaus Kinnisvara in mid-August. He is responsible for the management of residential and commercial property development.
Kaasikmäe is a project manager with nearly 20 years of experience. He previously managed residential property developments for Favorte OÜ.
“Everaus has over 600 homes and nearly 100,000 m2 of commercial space in its development portfolio, and looking at growth in the coming years it was a logical step for us to bring in a development manager to lead all of our projects,” explained CEO Janar Muttik. “We’re working on some of the largest development projects in Rae municipality, and Kaur’s many years of broad-ranging experience is sure to help us make a success of them.”
