Everaus Kinnisvara is an ambitious residential and commercial real estate developer. Founded in 2015 as a developer of single-family homes, the company has since grown into a developer with one of the most diverse portfolios in the market. Its development projects include apartment buildings, terraced houses, semi-detached houses and single-family homes, office buildings, warehouse and stock-office spaces, and mini-storage facilities, as well as residential land plots and serviced apartments. While residential real estate projects are developed for sale, commercial real estate is developed as income-generating cash-flow projects with the aim of diversifying risk, and the completed commercial buildings are retained in the company’s ownership. Everaus Kinnisvara is the only real estate developer in Estonia whose nearly all completed residential developments have received high recognition in national home competitions. Due to its pioneering choices, the developer’s projects have been awarded the title “the first of its kind” on more than one occasion.
