The Everaus Kinnisvara team spent a joyful afternoon with their families in the Kangru Kodu residential quarter, coming together to build birdhouses for local birds.
Imagine waking up to birdsong and the gentle rustle of the forest, stepping out onto your terrace, and feeling the calming presence of nature. Picture starting your day with an invigorating jog or ski session on nearby health trails, and ending it with a family walk through the surrounding forest paths. If you dream of a home where both body and mind can truly unwind—where you’re not just living, but living fully—then the residential plots at Kangru Kodu are ready to make that dream a reality.
Watch the following video to see how the birdhouses were made:
Kangru Kodu is a place where your dreams can become reality – nestled in nature and privacy, it’s where you can build a home that reflects your family’s values and uniqueness. Everything you need to begin building is already in place: a paved and illuminated road leads to your plot, and connections for water, sewage, and electricity are available at the plot boundary. Your dream can start taking shape now. If you begin the design process right away, you could be laying the cornerstone of your new home as early as this autumn.
Kangru Kodu stands out thanks to three key features: mature natural greenery, unusually large residential plots—up to 3,600 m²—and its exceptional proximity to the capital.
Located just a 15-minute drive from central Tallinn, Kangru Kodu lies in Kiili municipality, on the border of Luige and Kangru villages, just beyond the Nõmme district. Convenient access to Tallinn is available via both the Tallinn Ring Road and the Viljandi Highway. The new Kangru traffic junction, set to be completed next year, will make travel to and from Tallinn even more convenient and safer—whether by car or without one.
