The 10th Äripäev Real Estate Conference, scheduled for February 22nd, will gather industry representatives to explore a wide range of topics, including residential and commercial real estate, along with insights into property management and development. This year’s conference will focus on digital technology solutions, review upcoming legislative changes, listen to bank forecasts and share experiences and useful tips for navigating the real estate landscape.
The conference will feature more than twenty experts in their fields, such as Rasmus Kattai, Head of Economic Policy and Forecasting Division at Bank of Estonia; Jiri Tintera, City Architect of Tartu; Ain Kivisaar, CEO of Metro Capital; Siim Rosenthal, Portfolio Manager at Titanium Real Estate; Mika Sucksdorff, Member of the Board of Uus Maa Real Estate Agency and many other leading figures. Among others, Janar Muttik, CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara, will talk about planning in real estate developments.
