Last Saturday, Kultuurikatel was filled to the brim for the most powerful investment conference in the Baltics — Investor Toomas Conference 2026. Everaus Kinnisvara was honored to support the event both as a sponsor and a participant.
The conference offered honest and direct insights, ranging from local and global economic forecasts to specific portfolio strategies, investment tips, and “buy” recommendations. On stage, several investors opened their personal accounts for the audience to see, and more than a few trades were even executed live on the spot.
The event also recognized those who have stood out the most or positively influenced the Estonian financial landscape over the past year. The Investor of the Year 2026 award was presented to Paavo Siimann — investor, financial expert, host, moderator, mentor, and lecturer at TalTech. The Investment Deed of the Year award went to the increase in second-pillar pension contributions. Congratulations to the winners!
