Everaus Kinnisvara, in partnership with construction company NOBE, marked two major milestones in the Luige Kodud residential development near Tallinn – the symbolic cornerstone laying and rafters ceremony of phase two. The second phase will bring 60 new homes to the market by next year, including both townhouses and two apartment buildings with two- to four-room flats. Once completed, the Luige development will comprise a total of 88 homes, 28 of which were completed in the first phase in 2024. The buildings of the second phase are constructed by NOBE.
“Luige Kodud offers a suburban living environment that is both family-friendly and close to nature. The strong sense of community here fosters a safe and supportive neighbourhood, where neighbours often become friends,” said Janar Muttik, CEO and founder of Everaus Kinnisvara. “The wooden facades, pedestrian promenade and energy-efficient geothermal heating system are among the reasons residents choose Luige Kodud. Our collaboration with NOBE gives us the confidence that the homes will meet high quality standards,” Muttik added.
Priit Nigols, Construction Director and Member of the Management Board at NOBE, commented: “The Luige Kodud project reflects everything we value in a high-quality residential environment – proximity to the city, natural surroundings and thoughtful planning. We are pleased to help bring this vision to life together with Everaus Kinnisvara. This project gives our team the opportunity to apply years of experience and technical know-how to build homes that are sustainable, cosy and functional.”
Everaus Kinnisvara is an ambitious residential and commercial real estate developer. Founded in 2015 as a private home developer, the company has grown into one of the most diverse real estate developers in Estonia. The company’s portfolio includes apartment buildings, terraced and semi-detached houses, private residences, office buildings, storage spaces and stock-office facilities. While residential developments are sold to end users, commercial developments are retained as rental cash flow assets to diversify risks. Everaus Kinnisvara is the only real estate developer in Estonia whose nearly all residential projects have received recognition in home design competitions, with several earning the title “one of a kind.”
