Everaus Kinnisvara and construction company NOBE have signed contracts to build nearly one hundred modern and energy-efficient homes in Järveküla and Luige, just outside Tallinn, by 2026. The total value of the construction works is €16 million.
The two companies share a common vision of creating high-quality and sustainable living environments. “Our goal is to develop homes that are not only visually striking but also offer a sustainable and comfortable lifestyle,” emphasized Janar Muttik, founder and CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara. “Our previous successful cooperation with NOBE gives us confidence that the new homes will meet the highest standards of quality and energy efficiency.”
“We are pleased to continue our partnership with Everaus Kinnisvara, with whom we share values such as quality, sustainability, and innovation,” said Priit Nigols, a member of the management board at NOBE. “While we have previously focused on commercial buildings, we are now excited to begin working together in residential real estate. I can confidently say that NOBE’s years of experience in residential construction will ensure smart building solutions, timely completion, and long-lasting quality.”
Together, the companies will develop the first 36 homes—12 terraced houses and semi-detached homes—in the new Kindluse Kodu development in Järveküla, Rae Municipality, near Kindluse School. These energy-efficient homes, featuring modern architecture and up to 165 m² of space, will be completed in autumn 2026.
Simultaneously, in Luige (Kiili Municipality), 11 terraced houses and 2 apartment buildings will be constructed, offering a total of 60 two- to five-room homes, ready for move-in by summer 2026. The first phase of the Luige Homes development, with 28 homes, has already been completed.
Both the Kindluse Kodu and Luige Kodud developments stand out for their thoughtfully planned and fully developed living environments, distinctive architecture, energy-efficient geothermal heating, and high construction quality.
