REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Representing the client in design and construction processes and initiating building maintenance services for completed projects, including organizing supporting activities necessary to achieve these goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in construction
- At least 5 years of experience as a construction project manager
- Proficiency in reading project documentation
- Strong computer skills (Bauhub, Outlook, Excel, Word, AutoCad)
- Proficient in Estonian
- B-category driver’s license
- Advantageous: communication-level skills in Russian and English
- Interest in the real estate sector
Job Description:
- Preparing project briefs – design, construction, maintenance
- Conducting and analyzing tenders – design, construction, maintenance
- Drafting and monitoring execution of contracts – design, construction, maintenance
- Preparing budgets, schedules, and other forecasts
- Actively participating in the design and construction process as a client representative
- Arranging utility connection agreements and development contracts with infrastructure providers and municipalities
- Organizing diagrams for easements and usage rights agreements
- Participating in inspections of completed projects and handing them over to the end client
- Assisting the marketing and sales team with technical queries
