Work on Kangru Kodu on the outskirts of Tallinn has now been completed, with the residential quarter’s roads, street lighting and playground all in place. This unique development, which is very close to nature, offers tree-lined private plots of up to 3600 m².
Kangru Kodu is just a 15-minute drive from the centre of Tallinn. It is in Kiili municipality, between the villages of Luige and Kangru. Its plots range in size from 1900-3600 m². Attractive for its green surroundings so close to the city, the site allows homebuyers to build their dream home on their own private plot.
Everaus founder and CEO Janar Muttik describes Kangru Kodu as a unique development that combines modern lifestyles with the harmony of nature. “Big, private plots this close to Tallinn create the ideal conditions for peaceful, well-balanced lives,” he remarked. “The area around Kangru has developed rapidly in recent years, with everything you need for everyday life – from schools and kindergartens to shops and sports facilities – within easy reach, well away from the hustle and bustle of the capital. The plots are larger than usual, and lined with trees, ensuring total privacy. You won’t find a place like it so close to the capital anywhere else.”
Kangru Kodu is being developed by Everaus Kinnisvara. Its roads, utilities, street lighting and playground were constructed by Viaston Infra.
