On September 17, a rafters party was celebrated on construction site in Haabersti, Tallinn, for Everaus Kinnisvara’s new contactless mini warehouse complex. Developed in cooperation with Maru Ehitus AS, the facility is scheduled to open at the end of 2025. With its completion, Everaus Kinnisvara will become the largest provider of mini warehouse rental services in the Baltics.
The four-story building will introduce 342 contactless storage units ranging in size from 2 to 20 square meters, including garage-style units with lifting doors. The facility will be accessible 24/7, with the entire rental process completed online in just minutes – either from the comfort of home, the office, or directly on-site via a mobile device.
“When we entered the mini warehouse market in 2021, our goal was to move away from the outdated image of damp, dark basement lockers and offer a modern storage solution in line with technological progress in the sector. Our first facility in Peetri has been very well received, and fast-growing Haabersti has long awaited the launch of this new complex. A secure, warm, and always-accessible storage space is the best way to solve the storage needs of both local residents and small businesses, whether permanent or temporary,” said Janar Muttik, CEO and Founder of Everaus Kinnisvara.
“The topping-out ceremony, traditionally marking the moment when a building reaches its full height, is a time to thank the builders who contribute daily to bringing it to life. As the general contractor, we would like to thank all our subcontractors and partners for helping us construct this unique storage facility. And of course, we extend our gratitude to the client – the Everaus team – for their trust and excellent cooperation, without which this project would not be possible,”
noted Margo Dengo, Chairman of the Board of Maru Ehitus AS.
Everaus Kinnisvara introduced Estonia’s first contactless mini warehouse concept four years ago with its 335-unit facility in Peetri, which continues to operate successfully today. The new Haabersti complex is a logical step in expanding the availability of a proven service.
The facility is designed to accommodate customers with a wide variety of needs, including seasonal hobby equipment (scooters, bicycles, motorcycles, skis, surfboards, golf gear, etc.), vehicle tires, summer and garden furniture, small household or office furniture, tools, storage boxes with miscellaneous items, (Christmas) decorations, small-scale goods, trade show and presentation materials, and many other belongings typically stored in basements, garages, or sheds.
About Everaus Kinnisvara
Everaus Kinnisvara is an ambitious residential and commercial real estate developer. Founded in 2015 as a builder of single-family homes, the company has since grown into one of Estonia’s most diversified developers. Its portfolio includes apartment buildings, terraced houses, duplexes, single-family homes, office buildings, as well as (mini)storage and stock-office spaces. While residential projects are developed for sale, commercial properties are built as long-term rental and cash-flow projects to balance risk, with the completed buildings retained in the company’s ownership.
Everaus Kinnisvara is the only real estate developer in Estonia whose residential projects have consistently earned top recognition in national housing competitions. Thanks to its pioneering approach, the company’s developments have repeatedly been awarded the title of “the first of its kind.”
