Everaus Kinnisvara continues to grow its development portfolio and sharpen its strategic focus. At the end of last year, the company made a key decision to exit construction operations and concentrate fully on its core strength: real estate development.

Riina Altpere joins as Head of Marketing and Sales, bringing years of industry experience and a strong belief in purposeful development.

Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, Everaus Kinnisvara has evolved from a single-family home developer into a company with a broad portfolio that includes apartment buildings, townhouses, semi-detached homes, commercial properties, and mini-warehouses. While rooted in Estonia, the company is expanding to Latvia in 2025.
