In addition to the mini-warehouses in Peetri, Everaus Kinnisvara will also build a new contactless mini-warehouse complex in Tallinn, near Haabersti and Õismäe. After the new complex is opened next year, Everaus Kinnisvara will become the largest mini-warehouse service provider in the Baltics.
‘Two years ago we entered the market with a 100% contactless mini-warehouse service, which allows customers to sign a contract on our webpage in just a few minutes and start using the mini-warehouse right away,’ says Janar Muttik, CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara. ‘The service received lots of positive feedback and as a result we started planning the next warehouse complex for a residential district in Tallinn last year. Today we have a suitable property and the design phase has started.’
Investor Relations Manager of Everaus Kinnisvara and author of Guide to Becoming Rich, Jaak Roosaare, was sceptical a few years ago about the mini-warehouse project being a success. ‘I came across mini-warehouses for the first time in America. When we started developing a similar service in Estonia, I was unsure whether Estonians needed them and would use them,’ Roosaare explains. He is now also a regular user of mini-warehouses himself. ‘As of now, it is clear that Everaus mini-warehouses are a convenient and affordable service that is becoming more popular. I store my books in the mini-warehouse. Our own positive experiences together with the positive feedback of clients gave us the confidence to build another even larger mini-warehouse complex.’
The mini-warehouse complex in Peetri has 335 mini-warehouses. The one that will be built near Haabersti and Õismäe will have about 400 mini-warehouses ranging from 2 to 20 m², including practical garage boxes with lifting doors. ‘Of the 45,000 people who live in Haabersti, there are many apartment building residents who don’t have warm and dry storage spaces, which is why there is a demand for a high-quality, 24/7 mini-warehouse service,’ says Muttik.
The construction of the Haabersti complex of Everaus mini-warehouses will start in the spring of 2024. The complex will open in the second half of the same year.
