The new Everaus Business Centre was officially opened in Peetri on 22 August. In addition to the developer’s own offices, the 1100 m2 building offers functional stock-office commercial and office space, as well as childcare facilities and a café.
Everaus CEO Janar Muttik says that Rae municipality is a rapidly developing area in which, alongside new residential properties, there is a growing need for modern and prestigious commercial premises. “The ever-growing population in the region is creating a need for new services and attracting new businesses to Peetri,” he explained. “A number of logistics and warehouse complexes have sprung up in the surrounding area, but the need for functional and attractive commercial space remains as high as ever. Our aim was to bring the quality and design for which the city centre is known to the outskirts, and that concept has been well received by customers. This is well illustrated by the fact that corporate interest in the new commercial building was already high before construction started. The commercial spaces found tenants very quickly.”
Everaus Business Centre is unique for its functional solutions and environmentally friendly geothermal heating, which, together with solar panels, ensures that customers will have heating costs close to zero. The building’s practical loft-style stock-office space, spread out over two floors, allows all business operations to be brought together under one roof, saving time and reducing labour and logistics costs. The office and service space on the 2nd floor will be home to smaller businesses, including beauty salons, and a modern childcare centre will be opening here in autumn. “The doors will soon open on the café and bakery that locals have been looking forward to for so long as well,” Muttik added.
The building, which has an energy rating of A, is as easily accessible on foot and by bike or scooter as it is by car and public transport.
