Everaus Kinnisvara started the construction and sale of a large development in Järveküla

Everaus Kinnisvara started building the Kindluse Home residential quarter in Järveküla. Homes for 36 families will be built during the first stage of development. As part of the project, almost 170 energy-efficient, geothermally heated homes – terraced houses and semi-detached houses as well as private bungalows and houses – will be built on a 21-hectare site in Rae municipality. The development as a whole is valued at €45 million.

“Construction of the infrastructure and the sale of the first stage houses of the development next to Kindluse School has started,” said Janar Muttik, representative of Everaus Kinnisvara. “The first homes will be ready in the middle of 2026. The homes we’ll establish in Järveküla have modern architecture and energy-efficient solutions. Järveküla is a highly valued place to live and suitable for anyone who appreciates a well-developed modern living environment close to the city, but without the noisiness of the city.”

The developer has signed contracts with the owners of utility lines and the infrastructure will be built by Viaston Infra. In the first stage of Kindluse Home, there will be six terraced houses with twenty-four apartments and six semi-detached houses with twelve flats. “The homes under construction are characterised by spacious solutions that create the feeling of a detached house – this is something not usually found in terraced houses and semi-detached houses,” said Muttik. “The sizes of the homes range from 115–165 square metres and interested buyers can choose between apartments with three and four bedrooms.”

As is typical of Everaus Kinnisvara, the Kindluse Home development does not have any interior finishing packages specified by the developer. “Future homeowners can create their own unique home by choosing from our wide range of interior design options,” said Muttik. “In addition to ready-made solutions, we also offer undeveloped private house plots where people can build their own detached house. We’ve already signed contracts for the sale of plots with 13 clients, which is a good indication of the popularity and potential of the region.”

Kindluse Kodu is one of many residential developments of Everaus Kinnisvara in Rae Municipality. “Rae Municipality attracts homebuyers with its proximity to the capital and its youthful and family-friendly community,” said Muttik. “Kindluse Home in Järveküla is just a 15-minute drive from Tallinn city centre. It is a highly valued area where everything you need – schools, kindergartens and sports facilities – are conveniently nearby. You can also find all the major grocery store chains in the area, and the range of services and food service outlets is constantly expanding.”
