Registration for Kangru Homes has begun!

Kangru Home is a private residential area embraced by forest – surrounded by birdsong and tall vegetation, the detached houses and terraced houses are located on the outskirts of Tallinn, near several centres of attraction and grocery stores. The Kangru Home residential area consists of 31 terraced houses and 16 detached houses, which will soon be available for purchase. The plots of the terraced houses are built up by the developer, but the detached plots can be purchased either built up by the developer or not, so you can build a home of your own design.

Kangru Home is located 10 kilometres from the city centre of Tallinn, with schools and nursery schools 1.5–8 kilometres away. Grocery stores are 2 kilometres from the future homes, with nature trails starting almost at the front door and a bus stop just 500 metres away. Kangru Home is also close to several centres of attraction, for example, the Luige Centre and the Kurna Park will be completed in the coming years. In the Luige Centre, you will find a Rimi grocery store, a 24/7 Fitness sports club as well as a number of service and retail premises. The Kurna Park is or will be home to IKEA, Selver, Decathlon, Baby City/Toy City, Alandeko and other well-known brands.
