Everaus Kinnisvara has commenced construction of the Kõrveringi Kodud residential development near Tartu, bringing 90 new apartments to the market. The five-building project represents a total investment of €10.5 million.
Located on the border of Tartu and Raadi, the Kõrveringi Kodud development will comprise five apartment buildings with a total of 90 homes. The first phase includes three residential buildings on Kõrveringi Street, with all 54 apartments already available for sale.
The first building is scheduled for completion in autumn 2027, while the remaining two buildings in the first phase are expected to be completed by the end of the same year. The architectural concept was created by Arhitektibüroo Korrus, with Indrek Kallas serving as the project’s lead architect. Construction is being carried out by Everaus RED OÜ, while the first phase is financed by Hüpoteeklaen OÜ.
According to Janar Muttik, Member of the Management Board at Everaus Kinnisvara, the Kõrveringi Kodud project demonstrates that there is strong demand for practical, family-friendly new homes, even in a market where buyers have become more cautious and price-conscious.
“Homebuyers today carefully evaluate what they receive for their budget. Property prices within Tartu have reached a level where many young families are looking slightly beyond the city limits for a larger and more comfortable home. With Kõrveringi Kodud, our goal is to offer modern, thoughtfully designed homes in a location where all everyday amenities are close by, while providing a quieter, more private and family-friendly living environment,” said Muttik.
