Gallery: Everaus Kinnisvara opened the Keila Kodu apartment buildings with festivities

Everaus Kinnisvara opened the Class A energy efficient Keila Kodu apartment buildings in the centre of Keila with festivities. The opening ceremony was followed by an open house event where everyone interested could visit two furnished sample apartments and the last vacant apartments.

“Keila is a small town with all the opportunities of a big city,” claims Janar Muttik, CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara, “it is located close enough to Tallinn and the infrastructure with all the possibilities makes Keila a safe place to love that also has a wide range of opportunities.” Keila is a small town with plenty of greenery that values education and supports a healthy lifestyle. It has several kindergartens, a 12-grade school, all the major grocery store chains, and a swimming pool with an aqua park. Quick connection to the capital is ensured by a four-lane first-class highway, and the railway station is located just a ten-minute walk from the Keila Kodu buildings.

The apartment buildings located in an area of high environmental value are characterised by outstanding architecture, well-designed planning, energy-efficient solutions, and premium-class interior finishes. The nearly zero-energy buildings have solar panels on the roofs and each apartment is equipped with individual heat-recovery ventilation, ensuring low maintenance costs. The finishing materials for the apartment buildings were chosen to blend the houses in with the surrounding environment and the buildings are arranged at an angle to each other to create a free-form street space and outdoor area.

A comprehensive living environment has been created in Keila Kodu, which promotes a sense of community – to achieve this, a unique orchard and herb garden were created in addition to a landscaped outdoor area and plenty of places to rest and sit. “We have created a comprehensive living environment where you can feel at home even before you reach your apartment door. An environment that brings neighbours together in the yard area and where children can safely run around on the playground,” Muttik added.

There are still a few two- and three-room apartments available in Keila Kodu. More information about the vacant apartments can be found HERE.
