Janar Muttik, CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara: the difficult times on the market have either passed or will soon pass

Janar Muttik, Founder and CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara is convinced that for an investor, a good time to purchase is until the end of the year at the latest, as real estate prices will be different next year – we will see a slow increase.

In Äripäev’s radio show Sustainable and Green (Jätkusuutlik ja roheline), Muttik said that final prices are influenced by the pressure of wage growth, inflation and tax increases. ‘When these factors are taken into consideration, it becomes obvious that the price level will not be the same next year,’ he said. The sales of Everaus Kinnisvara suggest a slow recovery. Both the number of enquiries and the number of transactions have increased.

What should be kept in mind when developing sustainable real estate? How to choose the best location and be one step ahead of competitors with your developments? Is geothermal heating suitable for apartment buildings as well? What will real estate prices be like? All these questions will be answered by Janar Muttik, Founder and CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara, during the radio show Sustainable and Green.
