Keila Home apartment buildings have reached their full height

The energy class A apartment buildings on Tuula road in the centre of Keila are under construction
and have now reached their full height. To mark the occasion, a topping out ceremony was held to
give thanks to the construction team working daily on the site. Construction work started in August
and the first apartments are scheduled to be handed over to homeowners in the third quarter of
2022 at the latest.

Four three-storey apartment buildings with 52 one- to three-bedroom apartments will be built on
Keila’s historic street (one of the first streets). These apartments in the Tallinn suburb of Keila –
which are all equipped with a balcony or a terrace – are the perfect choice for people who
appreciate a central location and green surroundings, energy-efficient solutions (energy class A) and
modern architecture, as well as the opportunity to have a say in the interior design and move into a
furnished home.
