Everaus Kinnisvara and Bisly partner to build Estonia’s first quarter of smart homes

Everaus Kinnisvara and Bisly, an Estonian technology company, have started a strategic cooperation to install building automation systems offering smart and convenient solutions in the Kindlusepealse Villas. Estonia’s first quarter of smart homes will be completed in Rae rural municipality, Järveküla, this summer.

Everaus Kinnisvara and Estonian technology company Bisly are collaborating to create Estonia’s first residential area, where the Bisly intelligent building automation will ensure smart energy use. Customers increasingly prefer automated and energy-efficient solutions that reduce daily administrative tasks, claims Janar Muttik, CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara.

‘Bisly’s intelligent building automation manages the daily living environment in an energy-efficient way,’ states Siim Vips, Chairman of the Board of Bisly. ‘Our technology will enable future homeowners to use home functions in a time- and energy-efficient way and to focus more of their resources and attention on the things that cannot be controlled automatically.’

According to Muttik, cooperation benefits both parties, but the main beneficiaries are the new development’s customers. ‘Residents of the Kindlusepealse Villas will be able to control their foot and car gates, main and garage doors, and the HUUM sauna heater, as well as geothermal heating, ventilation, and cooling using the Bisly phone app and a screen in the living room,’ says Muttik, describing the smart features of the new homes. ‘Bisly also allows them to turn off all indoor lighting with one touch and monitor outdoor surveillance cameras using the phone app or control screen.’ Bisly building automation also regularly monitors boiler faults and checks the pipe leak detector.

The premium-class smart private and semi-detached houses of Kindlusepealse Villas will be completed in the summer.
