Everaus Kinnisvara expands its reach in Rae Municipality and is developing more than 240 new homes in the area

Everaus Kinnisvara has acquired two additional residential development sites in Järveküla and Rae Villages in Rae Municipality, with developments that will bring over 75 million euros of investment to the area. Over the next five years, more than 240 new homes – terraced houses, semi-detached houses and private houses – will be built on almost 30 hectares of land.

According to Janar Muttik, founder and CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara, engineering and design work is currently underway for the Kindluse development. ’Construction of the infrastructure for the Kindluse development, located next to Kindluse School in Järveküla, will begin in the second half of this year,’ says Muttik, revealing some of the company’s plans. ‘In Järveküla, we are creating homes that reflect our commitment to energy efficiency, modern architecture, and well-thought-out designs, all set within a comprehensively developed environment. These residences are designed to cater to a wide range of needs, from families looking to expand, to those with children, and even individuals who have embraced the role of grandparents. Even before the public sale, we have already signed deals with 10 clients, which illustrates the potential and value of the area.” The 21-hectare development will be home to nearly 170 families.

The construction of the infrastructure for the 8.4-hectare Raeküla development, which will be built next to Raemõisa School in Rae Village in the coming years, will start in 2025. In the residential quarter, primarily designed with the needs of young families in mind, 72 homes will be constructed, including both semi-detached and terraced houses. ’In designing the buildings, we focus on what is important to young people when choosing a home – compact and functional spatial layout, low maintenance costs and an aesthetic and cohesive environment,’ notes Muttik.

Everaus Kinnisvara has been a pioneer in creating comprehensive living environments where, in addition to new homes, there are also parks, cycling paths, and playgrounds. ‘Rae Municipality is a good example of how the local government contributes significantly in creating areas for recreational activities for kindergartens and schools, involving real estate developers in the process,’ believes Muttik, describing the cooperation with Rae Municipality. ‘We have revitalised various parts of Rae Municipality, contributing to the shaping of a cohesive spatial design and the development of a diverse living environment. ‘It’s gratifying that this has been recognised and awarded at the Rae Municipality landscaping competition,’ noted Muttik, adding that good infrastructure, proximity to Tallinn, a developing environment and a youthful community are factors that attract both developers and clients to Rae Municipality.
