Everaus Kinnisvara has started the construction of a block of new premium-class villas in Järveküla, near Tallinn

There will always be a buyer for quality real estate, and the customer of premium-class real estate is not greatly affected by the economic downturn,’ explains Janar Muttik, CEO of Everaus Kinnisvara. This sheds light on the decision to start the development at a time when several real estate developers have announced putting their new projects on hold. ‘Buying a home is a long-term investment, which means that a great deal of our customers make decisions based on their long-term plans.’

Villa-type developments do not arise very often in the vicinity of Tallinn. According to Muttik, this is why people’s interest in private houses and semi-detached houses is high. This is also confirmed by the fact that half of the development volume has already been presold to customers. ‘People’s interest and existing debt agreements gave us the courage to start the project and build all the houses in one stage,’ Muttik adds.

The new quarter in Järveküla will comprise eight villa-type private houses and three semi-detached houses with six apartments. Class A energy-efficient homes will have geothermal heating and heat recovery ventilation supported by solar panels. All private houses and semi-detached houses are characterised by practicality and user comfort both inside and outside. An individual electric car charging station, intelligent building automation, waste sorting solutions, a fireplace in the living room and a terrace bathtub are just some examples of the premium-class elements that appeal to home seekers.

Based on their needs, future homeowners can choose between a four-bedroom and a three-bedroom plan. Both solutions include a master bedroom with a spacious wardrobe and a private shower room. According to Muttik, the owners of premium-class real estate consider it important to be able to design their home based on their own vision. Therefore, there are no fixed interior finishing packages determined by the developer. Instead of packages, there are different high-quality solutions to choose from.Customers are free to combine the solutions as they wish.

Kindlusepealse Villas will be completed in 2024. More information about Kindlusepealse Villas can be found HERE.
